Most AI pitches in energy trading come from people who have never closed a month in a CTRM. CTRM Partners starts from the other direction.
Richard Martinez has spent nearly twenty years in commodity trading and risk management technology, implementing, upgrading and troubleshooting RightAngle and OpenLink Endur for energy companies, with a front-office and risk focus across crude, refined products, NGLs and gas. He completed the UT Austin McCombs Post Graduate Program in AI for Leaders in 2026; ARC is where that training met the CTRM work. He is a U.S. Army veteran.
